    Prices may vary depending on the type of building, log profile style, complexity of the design, the type of windows and doors, type of the roof, standard of the finish etc. Please note that a Turn-key price excludes all groundworks (site preparation, foundations, services etc). All prices are inclusive of VAT.

    Payments are made as follows:

    • 30% of the full price on the date of contract signing
